Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 14 oz. can of artichoke drained and chopped
- 1 10 oz. container of Alfredo sauce
- 1 C mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
- ½ (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place garlic in a small baking dish and bake 20-30 minutes, until soft. When cool, squeeze garlic out from the skin.
- Mix all the ingredients together and spread on an 8x8 baking dish and bake until cheese has melted and become bubbly. Dip with crackers, tortilla chips or bread.
