Cooking Summer Camp, 2023

We accommodate ALL NUT ALLERGIES ONLY.
Camp purchases are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to another week if space is available. A $10 transfer fee will apply.
For Charter Fund Students:
A purchase order must be approved and sent to Lil’ Chef School before the start of camp.

Week 1: June 5-9 “KIDS Favs” 9 am-12 pm
This camp is all about what kids love like cookies, mac n cheese, pancakes, cupcakes, pizza, burritos, sliders, donuts, french fries & so much more.

Week 2: June 12-16 “Italian Bistro” 9 am-12 pm
Learn to make pasta from scratch, homemade sauces, Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, tasty pizza, and fabulous Cannoli cupcakes with a rich Ricotta filling & more!

Week 3: June 19-23 “Cupcake Camp” 9 am-12 pm
This camp features yummy chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and Italian cupcakes, fillings, and frostings from scratch!

Week 4: June 26-30 “French Cafe” 9 am-12 pm
Let’s visit our favorite cafe in Paris and make homemade crepes, beignets, Monte Cristo’s, Ratatouille, freshly baked baguettes & more!

Week 5: July 5-7 “Summer Fair” 9 am-12 pm (3-day camp, day camp available)
We will hit the booths and make funnel cakes, chicken tenders, ice cream sandwiches, french fries, sliders, pigs in a blanket, and more. If you can’t make it for the full camp, select 1 or 2-day tickets and select the days during registration.

Week 7: July 17-21 “Baking Under the Sun” 9 am-12 pm
This camp is for the ones that missed Cupcake Camp! If you love cupcakes, bread, cookies, pies, and cakes…YES, everything is from scratch, and we learn decorating techniques too!

Learn how to make different pizzas and doughs from all over the world. We will visit Chicago, New York, San Francisco (Margherita), Italy, and Sicily.

Come taste the world and learn how to make famous recipes from all over. We will visit 5 International regions and cook with special herbs & spices from Asia, Pacific Islands, the Mediterranean, Latin America, and Europe!

Week 10: August 7-11 “Kids Favs Holiday Feasts” 9 am-12 pm
This is a celebration in August …. making holiday favorites like infamous mac n cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, apple pie, pumpkin cream cheese cookies, and strawberry shortcake.

Week 11: August 14-16 “Ice Cream Parlor N Sandwich Shop!” 9 am-12 pm (3-day camp, day camp available)
We are featuring our favorite ice cream flavors and scrumptious sandwiches made from scratch bread like baguettes, pretzels, peasant rolls, and crispy chips! If you can’t make it for the full camp, select 1 or 2-day tickets and select the days during registration.
