  • For Salad:
  • 1 ½ lb. wheel-shaped macaroni (any pastas shape is fine), cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ C sliced olives
  • For Dressing:
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder


For adult prep only: For easy cubing and dicing by children, prep cheese and tomatoes for easier handling with safety utensils. Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Cube cheese using pastry bench. Dice tomatoes for salad using safety scissors. Assemble salad in a large mixing bowl.

Measure all ingredients for dressing and whisk together in a small bowl. Pour this over pasta mixture and toss.
