Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburger

Yield: Makes 4 burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger Fixings:
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Hamburger dills
  • Onion
  • Mustard/Mayo/Ketchup

Instructions

Preheat indoor electric grill to medium heat.

Prepare bacon. Cool and crumble bacon into small bits.

In a large bowl, mix ground beef and 2 Tbsp. of the ranch dressing. Shape into 8 thin patties.

Mix remaining 1 Tbsp. ranch dressing and the crumbled bacon. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the bacon mixture and place 1 slice of cheese onto the center of 4 of the patties.

Top patties with the remaining 4 beef patties. Pinch edges together and seal.

Place patties on a preheated indoor electric grill and cook 7-9 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Allow patties to rest approximately 5 minutes before serving. This will lock in the juices.

Build burgers with the available condiments according to each individual’s taste.

Equipment you will need: Measuring cups and spoons, Knife, Indoor electric grill and a Skillet.
