  • 8 potatoes quartered
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 2 T minced Garlic
  • 2 C milk (Fat-Free for a lighter version)
  • Salt N Pepper to taste
  • Desired amount of green onion and cheese


Boil potatoes in water until soft then drain. Add garlic, butter and milk and mash until desired consistency.

Add green onions for garnishment and a sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese
