Yield: Makes 6 pounds

Ingredients

  • 30 oz Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Package of Marshmallows
  • 3 cups Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ pound of butter (2 sticks)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 ½ c sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk

Instructions

Mix butter, salt, sugar and milk together. Cook until it boils (5 min) or until it forms softball in cold water.

Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Beat until texture turns creamy and begins to thicken. Add nuts, pour into cookie sheet and let set. Cut into desirable squares then serve.
