Easy Tortilla Soup

  • 32 oz Chicken Broth
  • 1 Jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1 cup of Cooked Chicken
  • 3 corn tortillas cut into strips
  • 1 Can Black Beans – drained
  • 2 cups Frozen Corn or 1 can Corn (drained)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Tortilla Chips, crushed


Mix first 7 ingredients together in pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and then let simmer until corn tortillas are dissolved – approximately 20 minutes.

Top with your favorite toppings.
