- 3 (6-inch) tortillas
- 1 ½ Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 2 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped, divided
- 1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup white chocolate, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut tortillas into triangles, lay them on a baking sheet, and spritz them with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. sugar over the tops and bake for 12 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Combine 1 ½ cups strawberries, orange juice, and ½ Tbsp. sugar in blender. Puree until smooth.
Set out ingredients buffet style and assemble your individual nachos in this order: chips, strawberry sauce, yogurt, 1 cup chopped strawberries, and white chocolate shavings.
