This class is for adults only and is limited to 8 guests.
Learn how to make roasted Cornish hens with a chili fig glaze, Truffle Parmesan Risotto, and Prosciutto Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Bring your own wine, beer, or sangria to top off your evening. A great pairing would be a fruity Cabernet Sauvignon or just your favorite beverage of choice.
