  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (see Sure to Please sugar cookie recipe)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and each cut into 6 slices (18 slices) then cut circles in half
  • 6 strawberries, hulled and each sliced into 3 pieces (18 pieces)
  • 24 raspberries
  • 36 blueberries
  • 1/3 cup apple jelly ** use apricot jam with 1 tablespoon of water
  • 12 fresh mint leaves


Put the cookie dough slices on parchment-lined baking sheets and slightly flatten each one. Bake according to the package instructions, then set aside to cool.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread some onto each cooled cookie.

Arrange 2 kiwi slices, 2 strawberry pieces, 2 raspberries and 3 blueberries on top of each.

Warm the apple jelly **apricot jam with water in a small pan over low heat until just loosened, 2 to 3 minutes. Or in microwaveable bowl.

Brush the fruit with the jam to glaze it, then garnish each with a mint leaf.
