Vanilla Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix together 1 cup mini marshmallows and 1/2 cup whole milk.
  2. Cook on a medium heat until marshmallows melt.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Add 2 cups whipped cream to the mixture and fold.
  5. To Make Different Flavored Mousses: Vanilla – add 1 tbsp vanilla extract; Raspberry – add ¼ cup raspberry jam; Caramel – add ¼ cup melted caramel; Chocolate – add ¼ cup Nutella.
