Early-Bird Registration Continues!
Week 4: July 1-5 “Chef’s/Chopped Competition” 9 am-3 pm
(4-day camp, no class July 4th) This is an all-day camp for kids ages 9 and older.
This camp features famous celebrity chef’s basic recipes such as: Barefoot Contessa, Bobby Flay (pictured here), Ree Drummond, Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck BUT adding a SECRET ingredient. Each camper will cook together in small groups to make a masterpiece to be judged… on taste and presentation. This is a friendly competition ONLY!
Week 6: July 15-19 “Wilton’s Baking & Decorating!” 9am-3pm
This is an all-day camp for kids ages 7 and older.
This camp represents baking at a higher level and techniques used to create cakes, pies and cookies. A Wilton’s decorating kit is included in this camp along with different decorating techniques, using buttercream frosting and fondant. YES, chefs will make one savory dish for lunch.
Week 9: August 5 – 9 “World Cuisines” 9 am-12 pm
Come get cultured and learn how to make famous recipes from all over the world. We will visit 5 International regions and cook with special herbs & spices from Asia, Pacific Islands, Mediterranean, Latin America & Europe!
Week 10: August 12-16 “Kids Favs Holiday Feasts” 9 am-12 pm
This is a celebration in August….making holiday favorites, like Apple Cranberry Stuffing, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Corn Casserole, Chicken dumping Soup, Dutch Apple pie, Pumpkin Spice Whoopies, Homemade Macaroni N Cheese and Strawberry Cheesecake just to name a few.
Week 11: August 19-23 “Ice Cream Parlor N Sandwich Shop!” 9 am-12 pm Daily
Daily camp available for $89 per child/ $79 sibling discount.
We are featuring favorite Ice cream flavors and hot scrumptious sandwiches with made from scratch bread like sour dough, pretzel and potato rolls & crispy chips!
