Learn the distinction, and delectable essences of American cooking-from New England Clam Chowder, Carolina Pulled Pork BBQ, Floribbean Chicken with Black Bean, Jicama, & Corn Salsa to San Fran Cioppino.
Week 2: June 19-23 “French Cuisine & Baking” 9 am-3 pm
Let’s visit our favorite cafe in Paris and make homemade Crepes, Monte Cristo’s, Ratatouille, freshly baked Baguettes, and much more. Yummy! This is an ALL DAY camp. Age requirement: 6 and older.
Week 4: July 3-7 “Gluten-Free” (4 day camp, no class July 4th) 9 am-12 pm
Learn how to make delicious gluten-free recipes from scratch that will become a staple in your household from apple pie to amazing pizza dough!
Week 6: July 17-21 “A Vegetarian Garden’s Delight!” 9 am-12 pm
Learn to make delicious vegetarian dishes using fresh vegetables and herbs. These filling meatless dishes, sides and snacks are to satisfy vegetarians and meat lovers alike!
Week 8: July 31-August 4 “Restaurant Secrets & Baking” 9 am-3 pm
Learn to make famous recipes from Chili’s, Sonic Burger, I Hop, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Joe’s Crab Shack, Macaroni Grill, Domino’s Pizza & more. This is an ALL DAY camp. Age requirement: 6 and older.
Week 9: August 7-11 “World Cuisines” 9 am-12 pm
Come get cultured and learn how to make famous recipes from all over the world. We will visit 5 International regions and cook with special herbs & spices from Asia, Pacific Islands, Mediterranean, Latin America & Europe!
Week 10: August 14-18 “Baking & Decorating Secrets” 9 am-12 pm
Learn to make pasta, breads, pie dough, cupcakes and frosting from scratch and simple decorating techniques and make fun objects out of fondant.
