Homemade Bagels

Ingredients

    For 1 bagel
  • ¼ cup Self Rising Flour
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • 1 Egg and 1 tablespoon water (Egg wash)
  • Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds or Cinnamon Sugar (3 teaspoons cinnamon and 3 tablespoons Sugar)

Instructions

  1. In individual bowls – measure flour then stir in yogurt until it comes together.
  2. Roll dough into log then shape into circle then pinch ends together.
  3. Using pastry brush rub on egg wash then sprinkle on topping.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
