- ¼ cup Self Rising Flour
- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 1 Egg and 1 tablespoon water (Egg wash)
- Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds or Cinnamon Sugar (3 teaspoons cinnamon and 3 tablespoons Sugar)
For 1 bagel
- In individual bowls – measure flour then stir in yogurt until it comes together.
- Roll dough into log then shape into circle then pinch ends together.
- Using pastry brush rub on egg wash then sprinkle on topping.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
