Advanced Baking Workshop

Join us our Advanced Baking Class for ages 10 & up. Junior Chefs will learn the importance of tempering chocolate then the proper folding technique for the most amazing light n fluffy mousse.
We will be recreating a mini version of Chef Zumbo’s Chocolate Mousse Cake with a chocolate cookie crust, milk chocolate mousse center and topped with a chocolate glaze.
Cost: $49 for child and $40 for each additional sibling
Ages: 10 and up
