- 1 can corn
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 box jiffy corn mix
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper or green chilies
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl combine, corn, cream corn, eggs and corn mix.
With butter, sauté onion and green peppers. Add to cornbread mixture.
9x12 Pyrex greased, add in cornbread mixture
Add sour cream on top spread
Add 2 cups of cheese
Bake for 30-45 minutes. When you take it out, cover for 10 minutes and let set.
