Canadian Bacon Bagel

Yield: Makes 4 servings


  • 8 slices Canadian bacon
  • 2 small bagels, toasted
  • 1/2 medium Granny Smith apple, cut into 12 thin slices
  • 8 Tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded


1. Heat Canadian bacon as directed on package and place 2 slices on each bagel half.

2. Top each with 3 slices of apple and 2 Tbsp. of cheese.

3. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 30-35 seconds or until cheese begins to melt. Serve warm.
