- 2 tsp. vanilla, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat pizza pan with cooking spray.
Place ½ cup butter and chocolate in glass bowl. Place in microwave and heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Remove and stir well. Heat an additional minute; remove and stir until well blended. Set aside to cool.
Stir sugar into cooled chocolate. Add eggs one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon just until combined. Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla.
In a small bowl, stir together the flour and baking soda. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture and stir just until combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool.
In a large bowl cream ½ cup butter and powdered sugar. Add milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add ½-1 tsp. of food coloring and mix until you have the desired shade (supposed to look like tomato paste). Spread evenly over cooled “pizza”.
