Pan Fry Technique
- Use your favorite 4 pieces of chicken
- Any seasoning/dried herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Broccoli (1 Crown)
- Carrots (1 lb)
- Pan Fry - Season chicken both sides. Heat oil in skillet and pan fry chicken. Put in oven to finish cooking.
- Steaming - Steam vegetables until fork tender.
