Pan Fry Technique

Ingredients

    Chicken
  • Use your favorite 4 pieces of chicken
  • Any seasoning/dried herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
    Veggies
  • Broccoli (1 Crown)
  • Carrots (1 lb)

Instructions

  1. Pan Fry - Season chicken both sides. Heat oil in skillet and pan fry chicken. Put in oven to finish cooking.
  2. Steaming - Steam vegetables until fork tender.
